Delete Your Account

You can delete your Masal Merkezi account and all data linked to it at any time. This page applies to the website and to the "Masal Merkezi" and "İngilizce Masallar" apps.

In the app

1. Open the My account tab in the bottom menu.
2. Tap Delete my account.
3. Enter your password and confirm. If you signed in with Google, you confirm with your Google account.

On the website

1. Log in and go to My account > My details.
2. Press Delete my account at the bottom of the page and confirm.

By e-mail

If you cannot log in, send an e-mail with the subject "Account deletion" from the address registered on your account to info@masalmerkezi.com. We will complete your request within 7 days and let you know.

What is deleted?

Your name, e-mail address, password, your child's name and age, your favorite tales and your reading list are deleted immediately and permanently. A deleted account cannot be restored. Server logs kept for security are deleted automatically within at most 6 months.

Preferences left on your device (text size, theme, music you added) are deleted when you uninstall the app or clear your browser data.
