The Service
Masal Merkezi is a free service offering tales for children, background music and tale suggestions. We may improve, change or temporarily stop the Service without notice.
Accounts
An account is optional. Accounts are meant for people aged 18 or over, especially parents. You are responsible for giving accurate information and keeping your password safe. You can delete your account at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, not to send automated requests that harm or overload the systems and not to try to access other people's accounts. We may close accounts that break these rules.
Content and intellectual property
The original texts of the classic tales are in the public domain. The retellings, translations, design, logo and software made by Masal Merkezi belong to Masal Merkezi. See Sources for details.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". You make the final decision about whether a tale suits your child; age ranges are only our suggestion. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for the rights to music files you add from your own device.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Consumer arbitration committees and the courts of Turkey have jurisdiction.
